NEW SWARM CLUB MEMBER PROCESS

We have upgraded our Swarm Club Membership Platform and transitioned away from our Swarm Club App. All Swarm Club Members will now have access to your own editable member profile, digital membership card, and have the latest and greatest events and offers in one spot! 

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

HOME PAGE

Access the Swarm Club home page, then click on "Already a Member?" in the upper right 

LOG IN TO PROFILE

Enter the email address that is linked to your membership. Click "Forgot Password" to set up your password. You will only have to do this once when you first access your profile.

REVIEW AND UPDATE

Review your membership information and feel free to update anything that is missing or incorrect. Double check that your expiration date is correct!*

ACCESS MEMBERSHIP CARD

To access and download your membership card to your phone, click on "View Membership Card" and "Send Card" to your email. You will then need to open the email on your phone.

SAVE CARD AND SCAN

Your digital membership card will be attached to your email. There are two ways to save it: either keep the email for easy access (click on the attachment and show our taproom teams to scan) or save to your phone’s wallet. Apple users can add it directly to Apple Wallet and Android users to Google Wallet. Once it is added to your phone, any time you visit a taproom, just scan in the QR code and you are good to go! We will be scanning all cards so please make sure you have it ready for our taproom teams at each visit.  

The Swarm Club App has been de-activated so once you are finished getting comfortable in your Membership Profile, you can go ahead and delete the app from your phone!

*If you notice Legacy as your membership type, that means you still get old benefits but will move into current benefits after that membership expires. If you have since extended your membership, you will be notified when the first membership is expiring but should have a second membership for current benefits. Please reach out to info@locustcider.com with questions.
